Part self promotion, part just for fun, Matt illustrated monsters that he loved as a child. Above are all five designs. After the full colored versions were done, he created B&W versions so the kids could customize/color their own. Matt then created an 8.5x11 template that when folded in half and cut created a card CLICK HERE FOR EXAMPLE.

A landing page was created. CLICK HERE TO SEE the page where users could download all of them. Matt then promoted it heavily on TWITTER, FACEBOOK, LinkedIn and DeviantArt.

Overall, having this promotion run from September 30th to the evening of Halloween he had over 900 downloads and Matt's site visits nearly quadrupled for that month. He is now a true believer in social media.
